All my physio exercises, knee feeling OK

21 mins on cross-trainer: 3 mins forwards, 3 mins backwards etc. Concentrated on driving arms so went faster than last time. V. out of breath

5 mins uphill walking on treadmill to test out how it feels.

Exhausted afterwards and session is too long to really fit into a lunchbreak. Will either need to get up early and do this before work or after work. Or possibly alter physio stuff.
