After two weeks off, I was a bit nervous about swimming again. I swam like a god for the first length, and spent the next 23 trying to get my breath back. First six lengths were in 5 minutes, so the next 18 must have been 21:14, so more like 7:03 - indicative of how I was feeling. Breathing was pretty rubbish, with lots of head-out-the-water catching up. I also felt a bit crowded and rushed by all the faster people - but changing down a lane was just a bit frustratingly slow.

A little bit slower than my best overall, but I think consistency is going to be important. Can't go next Wednesday, lol.

Have given up importing TomTom data, because it seems to have little clue about the number of lengths I'm actually doing at any given time - but I've at least gotten better at counting :-)
