Front squat 5x3 with 3 second pause at bottom, 57.5,60,62.5,65,67.5kg. Then 5 rounds of 8 x 60kg front squats, bar acing burpees and ring rows. Started RX of 60kg but during second round changed to 40kg, finished in 12:20, wrists not able for 60 for 5 rounds
