Alternate sets with eL Bee!, but he didn't do squats so there was less shifting weights on and off the bar. Used my new wedge for the squats
Curls: 8/8/8 @ 6.5kg each side. That could go up a little.
Presses: 4/4/4 @ 28kg, with the last rep of each set assisted.
Squats: 10/10/15 @ 25kg. That will go up to 28kg next time.
