Alternate sets with eL Bee!.
Curls: 10/8/10 @ 6kg each side. Will increase to 6.25kg next session.
Presses: 8/8/8/8 @ 25kg. Could probably have done another set.
Squats: 8 @ 43kg with heels raised on one plate. That was horrible. My shoulders didn't like the change of position and the squats weren't any deeper.
2 sets of 10 @ 43kg, feet flat.
Lots of experimentation, eventually settled on 18kg and a heel raise of two plates' height for next session to allow me to do a full squat.
