- 45 seconds of side plank on the right with reach through, then 15 seconds rest
- 45 seconds of the same on the left, then another 15 seconds rest
- 60 seconds regular plank hold then 15 seconds rest
- Repeat the 45 side plank on each side, with 15 seconds between each
