After work session. Seems a good time to go as no classes on so big room is free and it's not too crowded.

Step ups, walking squats, one-legged squats with ball, one legged leg presses, one legged bridging and stretches.

Managed 3 x 1 min running on 2.5% gradient at 8.5kph. Tried for 4th rep but bit going over knee (inner ligament?) started to hurt.
