Took the warm up Lap and the Drills
Then Mark T took the session for the guys.
Did first part of the session 30 second intervals
One, 0.11 mile @ 33.72sec
Two, 0.11 mile @ 34.10sec
Three, 0.11mile @ 33.17sec
Four, o.12mile @ 33.50sec
Then did a few laps
Finished the session off with a Warm down lap and stretches.
