12 forward/backward lunge (as one movement) per leg
12 squat jumps
400m sprint
3sets:
12 forward lunge with reach (3K med ball) each leg
2 lengths of lunge forward with reach (3k med ball) & bring back leg in to draw up knee with toes flexed whilst reaching up with ball
