After warm up did 20 x back squat at 55 percent of 1rm so 45kg.
Then 32 minutes 1) kettle bell (used 14kg) 2) double unders 3) push ups 4) 9kg wall balls, total reps 420. 40 seconds on, 20 seconds off.
