Damn, them be some tired legs. Running into the wind and in the rain and hail made the first interval tough and just plain old tired legs made the second tough too. I think yesterday's core and glute activation exercises are contributing too as I can feel things in those areas too.
Warmed up with 16mins easy running and cooled down with 15mins.
