Notes & Comments
This was a random swimming session in the pool. I was reading a book about triathlon swimming and decided to try out some of the drills.
The drills were aimed at balance and what the book called "making your vessel more slippery". Once I had read it, it seemed to mean make yourself more torpedo shaped. It was interesting and I think I am able to get my body better aligned to swim and reduce drag... let's see if it makes a difference on race day.
