I now realise this is probably my longest pool swim ever... maybe I should have done more of this before the last Ironman?!
This was a hard swim, but I managed it. A bit slower than I would have liked, but all good. I cramped up in both legs at different points, but after a bit of research and chatting with people I think it is the pool. Pushing off every length works your legs harder than open water.
