Nice too seen you on Benfleet 15 I hope you were ok after it was a tough tough race
Good to meet you. It was a tough race for me but especially because I was coming down with a virus. I have spent most of today asleep, so it's no wonder that Benfleet was hard work.
Oh dear hope you feel much better soon my legs are still hurting today.
