6x 800m Intervals w/ 400m Recovery

My timing for these was once again rubbish... way too windy to result in consistent times for each interval, but I tried damned hard to keep things consistent which led to some pretty hard efforts.

Didn't sleep well last night either so that probably didn't help either.

3k warmup and 2.5k cooldown.
