Cycle on the tirbo trainer at the NRG run. This time it was Adam's turn to host and we decided to spend some time on the trainers.

The run was a figure of eight and so the start, drinks stop and finish were all at the same place.

We did some general work and then pushed it for 3 minutes at a time when we fancied - no set routine. Until the end and we finished off with 3 minutes hard, 2 minutes recovery, 2 minutes hard, 1 minute recovery, 1 minute hard, 5 minute cool down.

All in all a good session.
