Time for some serious training. Time to dig out the intervals. I ended up doing all but one of the intervals quicker than target pace without really trying. Felt amazing through these. Hopefully this is a sign to come.
Instead of turning around after two, I continued round through the kids play area and started the next interval on the other side. This meant all the even reps were partially slightly downhill.
Warm up and cooldown of approx 2.6km
