Body-weight Exercise Fartlekky Thing

I can't remember what we used to call this session when I was a kid, but it essentially involves doing body-weight or plyometric exercises with jogs or fast runs between.

I went all the way to the gym today to find it was closed for refurb, so went to the park for this session.

Warmed up with about 2km of easy jogging and then did 2 sets of:

- 15 pull ups
- 400m jog
- 15 full burpees
- 200m fast run, 200m jog
- 15 cross-fit crunches
- 200m jog, 200m fast run

Finished off with a gentle jog home again.

Forgot that this was quite a tough session, and I've done no where near the number of different exercises or sets that I used to do... I blame old age.
