This was the Three Gorges ride - down and up Bobbin Head, down and up Galston Gorge and down and up at Berowra Waters. At Berowra Waters we had to get across the water on a ferry which is a bit of fun:-)
I had a look at the last time I did it and it took me almost 4 hours (3:53) so I saved 20 minutes!
I had a puncture part way through, but was much happier afterwards - I think there must have been a slow puncture and my back tyre was a bit flat most the way through the ride. You can see the three hills and how slow we were going up them!!!

How long was the ferry? When you go out to Wallasea there is a ferry and I've been quite tempted to take the bike on that and explore some new areas. Rewatched the LEJOG youtubes last night, you are a very different cyclist now!
The ferry was about 2 minutes - they just havent built a bridge to cross the river!
I saw the first 2 minutes and realised that I need to wait until I am at home so I can appreciate them properly. They look awesome, but I think I can cycle a little faster now...
Maybe we can make that LEJOG event happen at some point... 300km per day would make 6 days...
You go on ahead Joe, my inferior body and granny gear will be right behind you!
