This was a decent ride on the turbo trainer. Me and Adam were doing the drinks stop for the NRG run, so we went for our swim at 6am, then came back and sent off the runners with the maps.
We drove to the drinks stop and then set up the turbo trainers. We set them up looking at the city and watching the cricket. The runners thought we were hilarious when they stopped for drinks, and then we packed up and went back to the beach for a chill with the runners. A great morning in the sun!
