5x5 Strength Workout A
Time to dig out the ol' weights in preparation for starting my full on marathon training at the end of the month.
Hit the gym for 5x5 of:
Squats @ 60kg
Bench Press @ 45kg
Barbell Row @ 45kg
Crossfit crunches x25
I could have done all weights heavier but I don't want to cripple myself as I plan on heading out for a run later and also don't want to be stiff for tomorrow's run.
Nice to be back in the gym. Now lets see if I can work these into my schedule every week.
