I woke up in a "fair weather runner" mood as I heard the rain pelting down outside so I hunkered down under the duvet and had a lie in. The rain soon passed and the weather radar suggested there wouldn't be any more so I headed out for my long run.
Lovely run and I'm glad I did it as I feel much better for it. Ended up being warmer than I was anticipating too... it's meant to be weather, but there's not much sight of it.
Next week will be an enforced easy week as I'm travelling a lot so won't have many opportunities to squeeze in a run.
