This morning was the NRG handicap run - a fun 10k including hills (lots of them), bush trails (lots of it) and road (not much of it)!
It is good fun because they try and start people based on recent race results. I got beaten by some, but managed to catch a lot and stay ahead of a fair few fasties!
1) 1km - 5:07
2) 1km - 5:18
3) 1km - 5:19
4) 1km - 5:17
5) 1km - 5:02
6) 1km - 5:08
7) 1km - 4:09
8) 1km - 4:39
9) 1km - 4:28
10) 1km - 4:04
There were some very quick kms at the end when we were in flat bush land or downhill / flat roads.
There was one big hill in the last 1km and I still managed a 4:04, so very pleased:-)
