NRG run - I ran 2km down to the club and then a 1km warm up. From there I took the map and led the fast midis. I got in trouble for going to fast at the start, but the group was way too big and there were too many people who weren't fast enough trying to keep running with us anyway.

It was ok though - we left a few of them with a map and went off on our merry way. You can see where the hills are by the slower kms and also there were some spots we maybe didn't push it enough because I was trying to keep the group together.

All in all, it was fun and fast given the course profile!

Hehe! It was good fun - people think they should be faster than me and therefore say "well if Joe's with them, it can't be that fast". They clearly haven't paid attention to the training I have done over the past 6 months!
