-15 x standing squats with 20kg weight (3 reps)
- 10 lunges each side with 5kg hand weights (3 reps)
- 15 x Supine chest press with 5kg hand weights (1/2 way up then full extension each rep (3 reps)
- Lateral pull down x 15 (30-35kg weight) 3 reps
- 15 x cuff rotator with 2kg hand weights (15 reps)
- 15 x standing flys with 1-2kg hand weights
- spider walk (8 each side)
- side plank bending upper kne up to chest x 7
- side raises x 10 each side
- leg lifts x 10
