These were my first pair of lightweight trainers and are my favourite shoe ever. They are so light and comfy and I haven't had any injury issues so far. They've lasted much longer than I was anticipating. I am a supinator and usually have issues with the outside soles rubbing off, but that hasn't happened with this shoe even after 350 miles. Love, love, love!

I'm afraid they caused my instep on both feet to hurt quite a bit when running so I have retired them to knocking about trainers!

these shoes have worked well for me - just about to but another pair on sale from sportsshoes.com at £30 less than the last pair at my local store where I did the full gait analysis thing

A good sign I think that I've had 300 miles outve them and hardly even noticed them. Excellent shoes, comfortable, light dont let a lot of water I like my old Saucony, from which I got a lot of blisters.

My first pair of proper running shoes, and it was case of buy and try. These will be my last pair of Saucony road shoes as I feel they let a lot of water in, I had countless blisters with these especially on the sides of my feet. I now have Mizuno and will not be going back I love them. I think the sign of a good pair of shoes is that you dont notice them, and my Mizuno are just that.
