eL Bee! First race at this distance! Really happy with my race today - will wait for the official time to be posted, but this is my garmin 'hooter to line' time BRILLIANT little event, and met thomas h, Beast and Ness. Pixie ran a BLINDER as did V'rap And I was REALLY proud of the Buzzlets who excelled themselves! Mr Speedy was 9th in 7:58 over 2k [gulp] and Li'l Prof and Princess both ran their little hearts out anad beat their PB's by a good amount! thomas h week after marathon sub 32 would be good [did that last year 6 days after dublin] , surprised myself , was not expecting much , as it was thursday ,before i managed a jog walk on a trendmill , and friday a very slow 30 min jog each way to an easy gym session , sunday cycled easy to race just to loosen legs .ran sub 30, 29.40 ish .had to go for a post race massage ,left calf is a lot tighter since the race. good to see all the fetchies and mini fetchies .
