HARP24 is the 24 hour running festival in South Essex, raising funds to beat homelessness one stride at a time

Take on as an ultra-marathon challenge as a solo runner, or with your relay squad of up to 12 friends, and compete from midday on Saturday through to midday on Sunday, with the winners in each category completing the most laps of the scenic five-mile trail course. New for 2024 the event is now even bigger and better starting on Friday night for those camping on site.

Date: Site open for arrivals Friday 5th the 24hr relay challenge begins 12pm Saturday 6th and finishes Sunday 7th July 2024

LocationCherry Orchard Country Park, near Southend-on-Sea, Essex, UK

Format24-hour solo or team relay trail run, five mile course

Price£64 per person. Early Bird price £54

Camping, refreshments, medal, t-shirt and chip timing included for all runners. Camper van pitches available at additional cost. 

As you take on the ultimate running challenge, you'll be helping to support people as they take on the challenge of homelessness. 

Every penny raised at HARP24 funds the life-changing work of HARP, Southend’s homeless charity, who support around 1,000 local people experiencing homelessness every year.
