_andy: Canvey Island ? With blue skies and sunshine? Well it could happen!!! That's the Medina in the background by the way. A few days earlier I'd managed an early morning run around the old city walls of Marrakech (9 miles in the end) - kind of off the beaten track and not for the faint hearted. A brilliant experience mind you. -

_andy: I'd told someone at the club that I'd get a picture of the club vest in Africa - and it packs really small too, so it squeezed in the bag!
