Rosehip: This is excellent I have to do one for myself what do you use for calorie burn from running ? an app or what a HRM says? -

paul the builder: And this time - I'm just using whatever MyFitnessPal allocates. You choose the activity (running/jogging), the speed (30sec increments of min/mile) and the duration in min. I adjust the duration to compensate when I'm far away from a 30sec interval on pace, if you see what I mean (so 8m at 8:15 pace which took me 66min, will get entered as 64min at 8:00 pace or 68min at 8:30 pace, which is basically the same number of kcal in MFP for either). -
