I wear a vest under a normal top and lift my top up and the vest down. Bit hot in the summer but works for me. That said the vests are wrecked ;-)

OS I could only take paracetamol and would use the Vicks Inhaler Nasal Stick to try and relieve a blocked up nose, if you have a sore throat the only thing I was allowed to take was Glycerin lozenges.

Unfortunately you are really limited to what you can get and what the pharmacist will actually sell to you!!

Hope you feel better soon

I called the gp for a bit of advice and they told me paracetmol, honey and lemon in hot water.

I guess it is going to be a lot of early nights the next week to get more rest. It can't be my vitamin C levels. I think I have 2 satsumas a day along with a handful of other fruit as well for the added nutrients.

I hate colds.

Hi everybody I hope you are all well. Last year, lots of you very kindly responded to a survey I ran on maternity leave. I'm doing another one on challenges that mums face when going back to paid work and I would love if some of you could respond and share with friends. Thank you so much. surveymonkey.com
