A day at thecoast for 10k and then a beer to finish. Hope the weather isnt as bad as the Sussex Beacon Half was last year.

Hope so!! I really want to set a new 10K pb to complete my set this year. I set my 10K pb at Brighton in 2002 and I'm still chasing it! I hope there is zero wind next week, as last week at Deal it was in your face for half the race, so knackering! Good luck everyone
