HP, they say if you starve yourself for 24 hours the bug dies as it has nothing to feed off. Either way hope you feel better soon.

I have made a light chicken rice broth. I haven't really eaten anything since dinner last night so I am hoping it has run its course now.

Hann you have had a busy day again. I admire your energy and enthusiasm.

So how are you today HP?

Had a lovely day yesterday up at VLM. Walked over Tower Bridge, and then strolled the last 3-4 miles along the Embankment to the finish, soaking up the wonderfull atmosphere.

I then met up with the Fetchies at The Chandos pub, great to hear about peoples experiences and PBs :)

Done a bit of gardening this morning, though it was more just pulling out weeds :)

I'm much better today but still pains in my stomach. I'm eating though. Got a call from my GP which was a pleasant surprise. He says it was most likely gastroenteritis and I should have tomorrow off to be on safe side. I have done laundry, dishes, online food shop and cleaned the bathroom today punctuated by iplayer and lost boys on dvd.

I always like the sound of VMLM but not the running. Did you get any new stickers Pete?

Glad you arev feeling better HP.

I had a garden design meeting and the client LOVES what I have done. Lots of ideas for her garden, so in a minute I will be leaving for teaching yoga an hour early, so I can go and measure her patio and the first couple of areas we want to start with, so I can do a properly scaled planting plan.

Went to drs for smear, then spent several hours this afternoon cutting logs. Now the grass they were on is ready for nettle eradication and strimming/grass cutting on Wednesday :)

Half the logs also split and stacked. I am running ahead this time, intention is to have the log store completely filled come the winter. New store is twice as large as the old one, so I should be able to last mots of the winter on it :)

It must be exciting to have a project Hann. Our log store is all but empty but as I don't know how long we will stay here I don't want to fill it.

I could have had a couple of new stickers HP, though can't remember their names now...:)

Did meet Stander and the usual suspects though :)

Sounds a very positive and productive day Hann.

TripletDad was down from Edinburgh, I suspect you won't have met him before.

I am trying to enjoy my week of unemployment (it's very strange and I'm not liking it, which says a lot about my relationship with work). I now have a bus pass as I won't have a car for another month. Which is even stranger.
