Post Achilles Tendon Rupture Surgery

I'm an ultra shuffler and ruptured my left achilles tendon in the Spine Race in January. I had surgery to repair the rupture and am on the rehab trail now. I would really like to hear from any runner who has returned to the sport after the same injury and surgery so I can chat through things, especially any ultra runners. Whilst there is a fair bit of stuff on the internet nothing beats real life experience (although I wouldn't wish this on anyone). Im hoping someone out there in the Fetch community can help. Thanks in advance. |

Molesy has had similar surgery but he's not AFAIK ever been an ultra runner. He's down to do the Vitality London 10k at the end of the month. If he doesn't see this maybe drop him an f-mail?
