Great to see you TT!:) Good running Jono and everyone else. Slow 7 mile trudge for me...with new Garmin dying as it was hitting 7 miles. On the plus side, it actually recorded it properly, as I was convinced it would die and leave me with no record of today's run.

I'm taking such steps Doc. I shall not be attending work this mornings.

There will also be no running.

Morning all,

Glad to hear your mum is okay and back to her old self after falling JK. Hope your club captain will be okay too.

Your planned walk sounds like a great challenge Doc, and definitely sounds doable in the timeframe.

I've survived the hen do. Whilst I drank more than I would normally, I managed to avoid being coerced into silly drinking, so didn't have to suffer the hangovers that some did. Then hen had a great time, which is the most important thing. Took my trainers with me, but didn't get the opportunity to run, so am looking forward to running this evening.

Get well soon Wobbler!
