Excellent trail run around the Chilterns this morning with a great bunch of people. I've kicked the cold into touch this weekend, 7 yesterday and 9 today. Second installment of lampoons now, gotta love em.

Last couple of weeks have been 30+ mile weeks and likely to the same this coming week. Just short of 200 for the year so far me feeling good fingers crossed it lasts! Now just need some money for races lol

Lovely day in Boston; 16 hungover km in the bank and a meetup with an online friend from our "mums to be club" expecting July 2005! It's not just runners that forge online friendships ☺ I will take a short walk then head to the airport. Delta won't let me check in online as they don'y believe I have a right to love in Italy 😮😮😮 would be quite ironic to get stuck IN the States because of immigration lunacy!

Welcome to the 700 miles in 2017 thread, everybody welcome :-)

The thread motto is:

'700 miles is neither necessary nor sufficient'

All you have to do is run about 1.91 miles per day or 13.46 miles per week or 58.33 miles per month and take a picture when you get to 700 miles of either you or the spot you reached the target or both if you want to. And if you go under or over 700 miles nobody will mind.
