Yeah Jogger - update please :-)

2lbs off for me this week - which is astonishing given the amount of Easter Chocolate I've consumed. I guess getting back into training has had its effect :-)

I've been away this week training for new seasonal role, so no fast days this week, and not eating normally. Feeling a bit bloated and bleurgh - another week of training next week, but in Aberdeen, so should be able to get back to normal again, before new shift pattern starts

well having taken 2 weeks off the 5:2 diet due to marathon carb loading and the marathon recovery eating saw me put on 5lb .......... not too surprised but I've been back on it this week and dropped 3lb so I'm going celebrate with a sausage cob ;-)

Haha well done Gromit! Haven't weighed in for a while, as I've not been at the gym for a while with work and associated training. Did a fast day on Tues, but decided that would be it for the week - on strong antibiotics for a week after getting bitten, and have Balmoral 15 Mile trail race on Sunday (and bit worried as seem to unpleasant side effect from tablets today!)

Lol Gromit - good strategy! I was just being nosy and looking at your marathon result - that was a PB at Paris I think? Well done, anyway. I also noticed you are down for the Keswick Half, which I have entered as I'm staying up that way over the long weekend - hope to see you there and say hello if I can recognise you!

Hi Schnecke !! yep it was a big PB although my only previous marathon was slightly soft time as a ran the 1st half with a club mate who faded in the second half so I dropped him ;-) yep I'm planning on doing Keswick if my legs let me , may well be a slow toddle round , i'll be in my fetch t-shirt and depending on weather may also have my club vest over the top same as my profile pic so tap me on the shoulder if you see me :-) like you I'm up in the lakes for the bank holiday so thought it ruse not to enter :-)
