Now why did you think I might know, Baroness? ;-) Flossie has eaten Oatibix - a whole 'sleeve' of them, but her main issue after that was that the dry biscuits stuck to the roof of her mouth and between her teeth. (Oatibix is nearly as bad as Weetabix for being 'gluey'.) Once I'd cleaned her teeth and picked the stuff out of her mouth she had no further trouble.

Naughty Wanda! :-)

It's fun having two dogs sometimes isn't it DT! Bella Labrador is back with us again for ten days, then she goes home and a few days later Flossie is going to stay with her. Yesterday they both had to go to doggy daycare at the kennels where Flossie had a couple of nights last month. I think she was a lot happier because she had Bella with her. Luckily the next time she has to spend the weekend there, when we're away for the Gt South Run, Bella will be with her again! :-)

George had a new experience at the weekend. We were away with a group of friends, caravanning in Derbyshire. At one point, George and I were given a lift by some friends who have a large estate car and a large, daft golden retriever called Emma.

George and Emma were in the back together and they know each other quite well but this was the first time George had ever travelled with another dog. He was well behaved but quite anxious - I was sitting in the seat in front of them and his paw kept coming over the back of the seat onto my shoulder.
He usually tries to dominate other dogs and has been known to be aggressive but this obviously felt like a strange experience for him. I'd like to think that maybe he's learning but I suspect it was because Emma is so passive. ;)
