I made chicken casserole in my slow cooker and it was lovely. After experimentation, I realise that the optimum time for a couple of legs, carrot, onion, swede and stock is 6 hours on low. Delicious!

I couldn't get the skin off the raw sea bass, so I had a slightly deconstructed sea bass and vegetable layer thing with tomato and red pesto sauce and cheese.
