I always was a bit of a rock chick.

I just like calling smashed coriander seeds crack coriander. Come to think of it coriander is a bit addictive 'til you OD on it and don't touch the stuff again for ages 'til the habit starts again....

I think black bean brownies sound interesting in a way that courgette cake doesn't :)

Undecided about tonight. Likely to feature roast root vegetables.

I made black bean brownies once and they weren't especially nice. Not as good as beetroot ones.
