Lamb stew. Better get on with making it (The lamb is cooked, I just need to scrape some vegetables off the sides of the fridge.)

Wednesday Mouse
Worked surprisingly well RS! Layers of pasta, tomato sauce, aubergine slices & tofu goo. I enjoyed it at least, Mr Mouse wasn't so convinced. Given all the faff it took to get it together, I probably won't be making it again any time soon, but I'm glad I at least tried it Tonight is reheated leftover chilli. Not quite as adventurous. |
