Wednesday Mouse
Worked surprisingly well RS! Layers of pasta, tomato sauce, aubergine slices & tofu goo. I enjoyed it at least, Mr Mouse wasn't so convinced.

Given all the faff it took to get it together, I probably won't be making it again any time soon, but I'm glad I at least tried it :)

Tonight is reheated leftover chilli. Not quite as adventurous.
