And that's me done. 95.7% overall. Should've been 100%, but I forgot to play a joker in time on a bad week in January. Whoops.

Two more runs to go for me. I managed to get my time target spot on for the first time ever so after Sunday will have 100%. Really pleased with how its gone this Fantastic - it's definitely got me out the door more than several times when I;ve had the CBAs! :)

I am now tapering, so want to play a joker, but don't seem to be able to. I will try again, but I'm going to let you down. Sorry.

I forgot to log last week I think. Ja tasting ought to be about 50% shorter, my attention span is not 3 months long!

Jang tasty is indeed too long. It seems to always run into the Spring marathon taper time too.

Been very helpful for getting me out of the door, this. However, I'm going to lose the 100% in the very last week because there ain't no chance of me making my time target at parkrun due to 1) asthma playing up and 2) three-quarters of a gale forecast to be blowing across the Knavesmire tomorrow. That being so, I made certain of failure by using the combination of sunny weather and a day off today to cycle out for a pub lunch today... :-) Still, it's been fun, and useful, and sometimes painful, so I'll hope for a team to join next year.

Just have to remember to log stuff on Sunday. ;-)

You can still change your target time for parkrun tomorrow beebop to make it more suitable.
I have failed to run so far this week. 100% up to now, but will have lost it by the end of this week!
