Oh I don't know. There is definitely some serious eye candy at my LBS. A sleek little number wrapped in carbon. :-)

Wrapped? Or carbon? Yesterday's bastard job was removing a carbon wrapped seatpost from a frame. My arms have proper DOMS from that ;-)

Quick bottom bracket question. I have alfine. As far as I can tell it just needs a standard shimano bb but if anyone knows for sure let me know! It is amusingly wobbly.

Looks like it uses a standard 68mm external BB - but that's just from looking stuff up!

Just fitted new disc to my full susser. Cut the front hose, connected it up but I didn't cut it short enough. The rear is internally routed and what a bastard that was to get through the frame. But I did cut that one right but needs bleeding. So after 2 hours of messing about fitting them I've had to order a new olive and connecter insert and a bleed kit :(

Does anyone know if it's possible to reduce the spring tension on a front derailleur? My new bike feels very hard to push across sometimes and it really springs back hard.
