I am indeed looking forward to Stoney (don't think I'll improve my time there though!), but not looking forward to working 4 days of busy back shifts right before it  Just happy to finally be getting to run all these races I've wanted to do for years!

Ouch Scorge. I seem to have escaped fairly unscathed, just a few stiff and achy muscles, a couple of days off and I'll be back again.

No Stoney half for me. I'm too slow Still plenty other races to enter, so I'll just have to see what fits in to my marathon training.

I'm off the injury bench and hoping still to do Stoney. Bit concerned with a cut off time now though due to combination of lack of training and the hills.

I reckon you will be fine Kim. I am about half an hour outside the cut off on a hilly course and you are much faster than me xx

Cut off is 2:45 Ronnie. I am at least half an hour out. Will find some other races to do to fit in with my marathon training
