I'm having a serious case of running mojo MIA. just not enjoying it right now and every run seems like hard work however slow i go. maybe just need a break but that's hardly going to help my diminishing fitness. definitely ready for xmas though... everybody got their trees up??

Still not 100% sure! My right achilles was super sore, which led to finding that my ankle joint was really stiff, then that my PF was toit (like toiger!), then that my calf was pretty much a brick (further PSA - dry-needling of muscles hurts; I am dreading the physio tomorrow, in case he decides that I need more of it), and that my ITBs are too...so you may choose any of those to be blamed!
