Affa quiet round here. I'm not exactly helping! I will be doing my usual video editing job next weekend and I have some ideas already about how I want to do it (basically way more footage, longer montages, some other new stuff). What I would really, really like is to include some pre-race chat from the thread to put into the finished video. Nothing huge, just funny/serious/off the wall comments you have about Sunday. Just to, you know, incite the excitement |

That sounds good Duckie Wish we could be there. How's everyone today? Did anyone else do a Sports Relief mile? I enjoyed the Stoney one. We all went to the Mackie FP's bbq after & I ended up playing touch rugby! Was great fun. TQ - It was Beth Leitch who was persuading us to do it, do you know her? Very friendly bunch of ladies. Now they want Wee Rhino & me to train with them on a Tue night. We're thinking of doing alternate weeks as it clashes with running club. |

Can't wait No idea what to put down for predicted time, though... I can't decide whether to go for a run today or not. Legs were OK after D33 but they seem to have got steadily achier over the course of the week! I've had quite a low mileage week but might have overdone it towards the end with a 10k tempo run on Friday and a parkrun on Saturday, I did rest on Sunday though. What do you think, O wise ones, to run or not to run?? |
