I hear that if you're running a flat bit, you've gone off course! I opted for 12 miles at the coast taking in the Run for Bob route instead this morning

Flipping heck that was hard. Hot too. I think I got a PW for the distance, although to be fair I wasn't really fit. The course was definitely designed by a sadist (but everything else about the race was great). |

Hardest race I've ever done, PW too - and I thought I was in reasonable shape Well organised but the Hills were just too steep for me, can't say I enjoyed it I'm afraid |

Thought it would be a toughie, not one I care to put myself through by the sounds of it, did the old route in 2010 and that was hard for me but enjoyable. Not into sadistic persuits 😄
