Hi everyone A friend is looking to do a 10k in Sept/October time (training towards as a goal) and her 13 year old daughter also wants to do it. I'm aware that UK athletics rules say 15 is the minimum age for a 10k - does anyone know of any fun runs which might allow younger competitors? Or perhaps races that are a little under 10k? Long shot really. I have said that I'm not sure there are any that a 13 year old can do but thought I'd ask anyway
