 Yes Bob! I got round in just under 2:15 (need more toilet stops these days!) Unbelievably it's not a pw! That's the last of the long runs for me for a while but I'm hoping to be out and about on the trails for a few months yet |

I'm hoping to keep running as long as possible. Funnily enough El Capitan was having a look at a running buggy at parkrun last week.

I did 2:12 which isn't so bad, not a personal worst. I didn't see you but have seen your time, good work dipping under 1:15, just an entire hour quicker than me! |
