That's the plan, Greg. We've found a longish cul-de-sac which is almost exactly 200m long so you start one side of the road, run all the way round on the path (without having to cross a road) and as you hit 400m you're across the road from where you started. No-one gets left behind, every standard can be accommodated, if you struggle at any stage you miss one rep and we'll be back in a couple of minutes at worst. Do you know where the Leisure Centre is? |

Off Rawreth lane, just past the Asda. If you come down the A130 and off at Rettendon Roundabouts, follow the A1245 towards Rayleigh then turn left at the lights. Next set of lights you'll see the Asda on your right. Turn right there and the Leisure Centre is just past the Asda.

Missed a couple of the clipper points but somehow got back on track after a wee error which left me standing in a field without another runner in sight anywhere. Usual own lack of concentration to blame !! A nice course and probably even better on a sunny day.
